Pasta and Scones

So, I had half of the green onions I bought last week still hanging out in my fridge still and I was looking for a good recipe for them. I came across this one for bacon cheddar scones and minus the bacon thought they would be delicious!

I decided to make them with dinner last night. Thankfully, our green onions are holding up really well in the refrigerator.

So I chopped them up.


And then threw them in the scone batter. I baked them a bit longer than it said to, because I wanted them to brown up a bit more on the top.


They were SO good and went really well with our pasta with vegetables. A very yummy carb filled dinner. We do love carbs here. Its okay though, we went to the park afterwards and got some needed exercise.
