The Fourth Month

Today was baby girl's four month birthday! Michael attended an early chemistry lecture so we could celebrate with lunch and some fun at the park.

(I changed up some of the widths on my layout so it can accommodate extra large images. What do you think? Good? Bad?)

What is new in Lucille's life? She's is starting to imitate sounds, which you already know if you saw my last post! I taught her to say 'mama' and Michael is working really hard to get her to say 'dada'. Which she doesn't yet, hehe. She tries though. :)

She is lifting herself pretty high off the ground when she is on her tummy and can wiggle around the floor to get to toys that are out of reach. I see that crawling is in the near future! She sits well with some assistance and is very easily distracted by the world around her.

She finally perfected how to use a pacifier, yipee, and also likes to suck on two of her fingers.

She sleeps the best after a warm bath and is still sleeping in her bassinet next to our bed. We have an Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper and love it! Eventually we're going to have to put her in her crib and I think I'm going to have a more difficult time with that than she is.

What does four month old Lucille enjoy?
