Twenty-Seven Weeks

Michael and I had taco salad for dinner tonight and it was super delicious. So, this pregnant lady is in a really good mood. Twenty-seven is my favorite number, for no particular reason, but hopefully that means this is going to be a great pregnancy week for me! Miss Baby Wiggles sure is active, as usual, but she is definitely getting stronger by the week. Sometimes I just sit and watch her make my belly move. It is too weird, ha! She's also getting pretty good at startling me with a hard kick out of nowhere.
I feel like my belly is so big! It is difficult for me to imagine how much bigger I'm going to get!

Michael and I have enough of an idea of when we're going to be visiting Washington that my mother has set a date for my baby shower. Watch your mailboxes for invites! I'm so excited to see all of my friends and family that I live so far away from! It has been so long since I've been in Washington and much much longer since Michael has been there -- like 15 or 16 months for him!

Making baby registries is way more overwhelming than I thought it would be. I've been spending loads of time researching baby items lately, deciding what is necessary and what is safest and what is useful and what we probably won't need. I suppose it is about time we started doing this though! All we have for baby girl so far is a diaper bag and a few outfits! Oh, and this really awesome teether that my parents got baby girl for Christmas:

Last, but not least, our little one is now about the size of a head of cauliflower and practicing her breathing with amniotic fluid. :)
