Happy Love

February is my favorite month. It gets a little extra consideration from me because its my birthday month, but I think it could still win if it weren't. It happens during my favorite season, winter. So, you can still expect snow. I love snow. It feels like it is almost spring almost, which I also love! It is shorter than any other month, even during leap years.

Oh and it has Saint Valentine's Day right in the middle of it! I love Valentine's Day. All of it.  My momma crocheted us the best valentines this year. :)

Lucille got a sweet little paci/toy clip with little wooden hearts on it. I can't wait until my little baby is old enough to enjoy me making a big fuss about little holidays like this. Tacky window decorations. Heart shaped pancakes. Festive hand print art.  Things like that. :)

We're celebrating happy love for Valentine's Day this year. We have lots of happy here. And lots of love.

I love making my baby laugh.

I finally put up the chalkboard contact paper that Michael got me for Christmas. I love that stuff. I want to cover all my kitchen cabinets with it. I probably won't, but if I had a ton of chalkboard contact paper and time I would! :)

I made a chore schedule last month. Wish I would have done it sooner. I used to run around crazy during Lucille's naps trying to clean anything I could, only to be disappointed by what I didn't get done. Now I just have a small list of daily cleaning goals. Then each weekday I focus any extra cleaning time on a specific area of the house.

Lucille's new favorite thing to do is push around her walker wagon. We'll set it up so she can walk from the living room to the dining room and then we will turn her around so she can come back.
