The Ninth Month

My little Lucy baby is nine months old now. She is such a sweetheart. She is our little sidekick and we love her so much.

She isn't walking yet, she'll take a single step to get to something close, but still prefers crawling. She is really fast now!

We still go for walks a few times a weeks on campus, even though it rarely gets out of the 30s. Lucille usually is all bundled up and in the Ergo underneath Michael's coat. We had a nicer day earlier this month and Lucille got to test out the grass for the first time! She had fun exploring. :)

She also got a little grass time during this walk. We're still trying to teach her that leaves aren't food. Needless to say, she isn't a picky eater.

One of her top teeth just poked through her gums last week and I think another one isn't too far behind. She's a tough little cookie when is comes to teething, she mostly just wants to be held a bit more. I'm not going to complain about that, she is so busy these days that I never get as many cuddles as I want from her. :)

I can't believe she used to be so tiny! We're always saying, "Look how big she is getting!"

Her new thing is pointing at everything. She always seems to have her index finger pointing at something these days.

Climbing (scary)

Reading books (The same ones over and over. We know them by heart.)

"Swimming" in the bathtub

Eating! (We had this for dinner a few nights ago and she loved it.)

Turning the air purifier on and off

Stealing our cell phones

Hanging out in the Ergo (She gets so excited when we put it on!)
